1.     The VLM Newsletter will change from a monthly to a 'bi-monthly' publication.

2.     The VLM Newsletter will no longer contain 'teaching or encouragement' articles, only real-time testimonies and statistics of what the Ministry is currently doing. 

3.     Monthly or Bi-Monthly teaching articles will be posted to the VLM Web Site under site menu item: 'Monthly Articles.'
